Although I'm the javascript expert at http://yourhomeworkhelp.org/javascript-homework-help/, I'm really not sure that Java need play that much of a roll in the browser any longer, though of course there are still many legacy applications out there that need. But HTML5 and JavaScript are fast making it obsolete for new development. But Java still plays a big role on the server and the desktop, and will probably continue to do so for some time. 
 
And just a few nagging questions: Why is this issue getting so much publicity? Patches are released for software all the time. Is the real story here perhaps that for some reason there are more hackers trying to beat Java now than in the past? If so why?
