I completely agree with Carl Icahn. This is just another attempt by the money grubbing Michael Dell and his board-of-director puppets from using scare tactics to falsely de-value the company in order to put more money in THEIR pockets and not in the pockets of the shareholders. I sincerely hope that this buyout proposal is swiftly knocked down and that Icahn’s proposal is accepted or the Silver Lake / Michael Dell deal is put at higher valuation then the grossly undervalued that it is currently at.
